BOOKING

To book our tourist apartments, it is very simple. You can do it through the date selector that you will find on our home page, through the BOOK button that you will find in each section next to the apartments, or you can contact us through the contact form or send us an email to reservations@enjoybcn.com where we will advise you which apartment best suits your needs.

The minimum age to book an apartment is 30 years old, unless there are minors of 30 coming with family or a company.

In our apartments we do not have a minimum stay to book, although depending on the dates it is possible that we establish a minimum stay depending on the demand. You will see this information when you go to book. If you have any questions, please contact us.

It is possible to visit the apartment before making a reservation, provided that it is available for viewing. Please contact us to arrange a date and time to visit: info@enjoybcn.com - Tel.: +34 93 300 22 11.

At the time of booking we will ask you to pay 25% to guarantee the reservation.
If you make the booking through the website, you will be taken directly to the payment form.
If we are the ones making the booking, we will send you a secure payment link to our online bank for you to make the first deposit.
A few days before your arrival we will contact you to make the final payment of your booking through the secure payment link to our online bank.

With EnjoyBCN, children under 2 do not have to pay and children older than 2 years old have to pay as an adult. 

Please let us know when booking if there are any children under 2.

Each apartment is equipped with a high chair and a folding cot, at no extra charge. If you plan to come with babies, please let us know in advance, so we can leave the high chairs and cots in your apartment.

The total cost of your reservation includes the costs of cleaning the apartment. That is to say, when your arrive, the apartment will be clean (including clean bed linen and towels).

In addition, when you make a reservation for more than 7 nights, EnjoyBCN will provide an extra cleaning service free of charge, approximately halfway through your stay.

If you wish to organise an extra cleaning service during your stay, please contact EnjoyBCN for information on days/times and the additional cost.

If you have made your booking through the website, you can modify it yourself by clicking on the link we send you in the booking confirmation. If you prefer, we can do it for you. All you have to do is contact us.

Modifications are subject to the availability of the apartment.

Refundable rate:
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before arrival without charge.
If you cancel outside this period 25% of the total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel the same day or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:
The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
This rate does not admit any type of cancellation, modification or refund of the amount of the reservation under any circumstances.

Long stay:
You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before arrival without charge.
If you cancel outside this period 25% of the total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel the same day or no-show. 100% of the stay will be charged.

Check-in hours - The apartment is available for check-in from 15h.

In case you arrive in Barcelona before 15h, you can leave your luggage in our office, located in the centre of Barcelona: Plaça Urquinaona Nº 6, 19th floor. Our office is open from 09h00 to 18h00.

If you would like EnjoyBCN staff to come to the apartment to check you in, you must request this service in advance of your arrival. Please note that this service has a cost of 50€ not included in the price of your booking.

A few days before your arrival in Barcelona (as long as the booking is fully paid), we will send you an e-mail with the instructions for your entry to the apartment. Depending on the apartment you have booked, the key collection may take place in the same building as the apartment. Otherwise, we will leave the key in a key box located in one of our buildings (in "Plaza Universidad") accessible at all times with a code that we will send you.

On the day of your departure you must leave the apartment before 11am.

If you wish to leave after this time, please contact us and we will inform you of the options and prices.

If you need to leave your luggage somewhere once you have left the apartment, you can come to our offices and we will store it in the luggage room.

You will see your reservation identification number (ID) in the subject line of the emails that EnjoyBCN send you with the information about your apartment and your stay in Barcelona.

ACCOMMODATIONS

On the main page of our website you will find a search engine: select the date of arrival, the date of departure and the number of guests. You will see all the apartments available for the requested days.

The apartments are fully equipped with household appliances and kitchen utensils.

We also provide bed linen (sheets and eiderdowns) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest).

You will also find a small cleaning kit (with washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, cloth, scorer and kitchen roll) and a bathroom kit (bars of soap and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom in the apartment). Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for any extra provisions so these sets are only offered on arrival and are not replenished.

All our apartments have free Wi-Fi.

10 days before your arrival, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment.
At the airport (situated 16 km from the centre of Barcelona) there are taxi and bus services to the city centre.

No, you do not have to wash the sheets and towels in the apartment before leaving. We will take care of them when you leave.

Before leaving, you must take out the rubbish and drop it into one of the containers on the street. In the EnjoyBCN folder, you will find a map showing the location of the rubbish containers nearest the apartment.

Before leaving, all the keys to the appartment (and the car park, if applicable) must be left on the table in the lounge-dining room.

PAYMENT

To confirm the reservation of the apartment, it is necessary to pay at least 25% of the total amount of the stay. This payment can be made through the secure payment link to our online bank or by bank transfer.
To pay the outstanding 75% of the booking, a few days before your arrival, we will contact you and send you the secure payment link to our online bank with the outstanding amount.

Enjoybcn only accepts payments with Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payments are made through our online bank platform, totally secure and compliant with the European law PSD2.

EnjoyBCN only works with euros and does not make transactions with other currencies.

If you should need an invoice, please let us know when you make the reservation. You should then send us all the details to prepare the invoice (corporate name, address, fiscal no., etc.). We are not allowed to invoice those companies that do not hold a European fiscal number.

We reserve the right to request a deposit of at least €500 before you check in into the apartment to guarantee any damage, damage or non-compliance with the rules during your stay.
After your departure and after having checked that the flat is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the deposit. If you have paid in cash, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.

If you should accidentally break something, please contact EnjoyBCN as soon as possible, so that we can fix it or replace it if necessary. Depending on what is damaged, we may calculate the cost and deduct it from the deposit.

After your departure and having checked that you left the apartment in good condition, EnjoyBCN will release the amount held on your credit card as a deposit. If you paid the deposit in cash, EnjoyBCN will transfer the amount to your bank account.

GENERAL INFORMATION

In EnjoyBCN flats we admit pets up to 45 kilos with an extra cost for the cleaning and sanitation of the flat, as long as they respect the other guests and do not cause any damage or damage.

Smoking inside the apartment is totally forbidden. If the apartment has a private terrace, or if the building has a shared terrace, smoking is permitted in these areas, but please, show respect towards the other neighbours.

10 days before your arrival in Barcelona, we will send you an email with the exact address of the apartment and a map showing its location. It is important that you carry this email with you until you arrive at the apartment.

Algunos de nuestros apartamentos (edificio Miró, Marina, Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, Tallers, Tàpies) disponen de plazas de parking, que ponemos a tu disposición, siempre y cuando nos lo solicites al efectuar la reserva. Dichas plazas de parking están sujetas a disponibilidad y tienen un coste de 10€ por día y coche.
Otra opción es dejar tu coche en un garaje público vigilado las 24h del día, antes que aparcarlo en las calles del centro de Barcelona.

Tap water can be drunk throughout Barcelona. However, you may find it bitter in some parts of the city, as it has a lot of Sodium.
