Booking

In order to book one of the EnjoyBCN apartments, follow these three simple steps:

- Step 1: Choose the dates on our search engine at the top of each page. You will have to add the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the number of guests. You will then see the list of apartments that are available during those days. Once you have selected the apartment that best suits your needs, click on "Book Now". Please remember that there is a minimum stay of three days, though in some cases it may change depending on the time of the year.

- Step 2:  You will have to fill in the booking form with your personal details and click on "Next".

- Step 3: Our system will request 25% of the total amount as a prepayment. The prepayment may be higher at certain times of the year. It is mandatory to pay this 25% in advance in order to book the apartment. 
The minimum age to book an apartment is 30 years old, unless there are minors of 30 coming with family or a company.
There is a minimum stay of three days, though in some cases it may change depending on the time of the year.

With respect to payment of the remaining 75% of the cost of your stay, you have the following options:

- Online payment in advance: 100% secure payment platform.

- Payment on arrival in Barcelona: A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with details on making
payment at our office located in the centre of Barcelona (close to Plaça Catalunya). You will have the choice of paying by credit card or in cash (in which case we would kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount, since our staff do not have change).
With EnjoyBCN, children under 2 do not have to pay and children older than 2 years old have to pay as an adult. 

Please let us know when booking if there are any children under 2.

Each apartment is equipped with a high chair and a folding cot, at no extra charge. If you plan to come with babies, please let us know in advance, so we can leave the high chairs and cots in your apartment.

The total cost of your reservation includes the costs of cleaning the apartment (after your departure). That is to say, when your arrive, the apartment will be clean (including clean bed linen and towels). And when you leave the apartment, we will clean it once again. 

In addition, when you make a reservation for more than 7 nights, EnjoyBCN will provide an extra cleaning service free of charge, approximately halfway through your stay.

If you wish to organise an extra cleaning service during your stay, please contact EnjoyBCN for information on days/times and the additional cost.

In order to cancel a reservation, please contact EnjoyBCN. If you need to cancel your reservation, EnjoyBCN has the following cancellation policy:

  • If cancelled within 60 to 89 days before your check in date, EnjoyBCN will proceed to refund 70% of the prepayment.
  • If cancelled within 30 to 59 days before your check in date, EnjoyBCN will proceed to refund 50% of the prepayment.
  • If cancelled within less than 30 days before your check in date, no refund shall be done by EnjoyBCN.
  • If cancelled once the customer is already in the apartment, EnjoyBCN can retain 100% of rental apartment if deemed.

Check-in time - Time from which the apartment is available for occupancy: 3 p.m.

- If you arrive in Barcelona before 3 p.m you can leave your suitcases at our office located in the centre of Barcelona at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 620, floor 5, door 3, opposite the Teatro Coliseum and one block away from Plaça de Catalunya. Our office is open from 09:00 to 17:00.
 
- If you arrive before or after our opening hours you can leave your suitcases at the left luggage facility located very close to Plaça Catalunya (city centre).

- If you would like an EnjoyBCN staff member to come to the apartment to do the check-in, please bear in mind that: On Monday to Friday, check-in will be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and you will be asked to pay €40 at the time of check-in. At weekends and on public holidays (check-in from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. only), you will be asked to pay €25 at the time of check-in.
If you would like an EnjoyBCN staff member to come to the apartment to do the check-in, please bear in mind that:
  • On Monday to Friday, check-in will be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and you will be asked to pay €40 at the time of check-in.
  • At weekends and on public holidays (check-in from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. only), you will be asked to pay €25 at the time of check-in.
2 weeks before your arrival in Barcelona, we will send you an email with the necessary instructions for entering the apartment. Depending on the apartment you have reserved, the keys can be collected in the building where the apartment is situated. Alternatively, we will leave the key in a safety key box to your attention at a previously agreed location in the centre of Barcelona (cin Plaza Universitat) which is open 24 hours a day all year round.
Check-out time - Please remember that you will have to check out before 11 a.m. 

- If you would like to check out later, please contact us at least 48 hours before your departure. We will check if it's possible to make the change. Please note that there is a surcharge for checking out after 11 a.m.:
  • Check-out between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.: €40
  • Check-out between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.: €80
  • Check-out after 8 p.m.: A full extra day will be charged.
- If you so wish, after leaving your apartment, you can leave your suitcases at a left luggage facility located very close to Plaça de Catalunya (city centre).
Two days before you leave the apartment, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on check-out. And if you are in any doubt about what you should do before leaving the apartment, you can contact us: info@enjoybcn.com - Tel.: +34 93 300 22 11.
You will see your reservation identification number (ID) in the subject line of the emails that EnjoyBCN send you with the information about your apartment and your stay in Barcelona.

Accommodations

You will find a search engine on the home page as well as at the top of each page. If you fill in the arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, you will see the list of apartments that are available.

The apartments are fully equipped with household appliances and kitchen utensils.

We also provide bed linen (sheets and eiderdowns) and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest).

You will also find a small cleaning kit (with washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, cloth, scourer and kitchen roll) and a bathroom kit (bars of soap and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom in the apartment). Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for any extra provisions and we do not provide a welcome pack with food or drink.

All our apartments have free Wi-Fi.

Two weeks before your arrival, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment.
At the airport (situated 16 km from the centre of Barcelona) there are taxi and bus services to the city centre: 

- Taxi: About 30 minutes - Approximately €30
- Aerobús: Bus service connecting the airport (terminals T1 and T2) and the centre of Barcelona every day of the year. About 35 minutes - €5.90 (with stops at Plaça Catalunya and Plaça Universitat). Schedule:
  • Departures from Plaça de Catalunya: 5.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
  • Departures from the Airport: 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.

No, you do not have to wash the sheets and towels in the apartment before leaving. The total cost of your reservation includes the costs of cleaning the apartment. When your arrive at the apartment, it will be clean (with clean bed linen and towels). After you leave, we will clean it once again and wash the sheets and towels.
Before leaving, you must take out the rubbish and drop it into one of the containers on the street. In the EnjoyBCN folder, you will find a map showing the location of the rubbish containers nearest the apartment.
Before leaving, all the keys to the appartment (and the car park, if applicable) must be left on the table in the lounge-dining room.

Payment

Once you have received confirmation that the apartment is available, you will need to pay, as a minimum, 25% of the total cost of your stay. This payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

With respect to payment of the remaining 75% of the cost of your stay, you have the following options:

- Online payment in advance: By means of a 100% secure payment platform.
NOTE: In case your arrival and departure at the apartment occurs between Thursday and Tuesday or on holiday, will be essential to make the rest of the payment of your reservation before arrival. Once EnjoyBCN receives proof of payment, we will send the guest the arrival details by email (exact address of the apartment and instructions for picking up the keys).

- Payment on arrival in Barcelona: A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with details on making payment at our office located in the centre of Barcelona (close to Plaça Catalunya). You will have the choice of paying by credit card or in cash, in which case we would kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount, since our staff do not have change.

If you make the prepayment of 25% using a credit card, EnjoyBCN will bear the corresponding costs. 

If you pay the remaining 75% by means of a credit card, only in case of payment on arrival in our office.

If you should need an invoice, please let us know when you make the reservation. You should then send us all the details to prepare the invoice (corporate name, address, fiscal no., etc.). We are not  allowed to invoice those companies that do not hold a European fiscal number.
The security deposit of 300€ will be only blocked on your card during your stay. After your departure and having checked that you left the apartment in good condition, we will release the amount blocked on your credit card as a deposit

If you should accidentally break something, please contact EnjoyBCN as soon as possible, so that we can fix it or replace it if necessary. Depending on what is damaged, we may calculate the cost and deduct it from the deposit.

After your departure and having checked that you left the apartment in good condition, EnjoyBCN will release the amount held on your credit card as a deposit. If you paid the deposit in cash, EnjoyBCN will transfer the amount to your bank account.

General information

Animals are not allowed in EnjoyBCN's apartments.
Smoking inside the apartment is totally forbidden. If the apartment has a private terrace, or if the building has a shared terrace, smoking is permitted in these areas, but please, show respect towards the other neighbours.
Two weeks before your arrival in Barcelona, we will send you an email with the exact address of the apartment and a map showing its location. It is important that you carry this email with you until you arrive at the apartment.

Some of our apartments (Miró building, Coliseum building, Plaça Catalunya, Tallers and Tàpies) have parking spaces, which we can make available to you, provided that you request this when you make the reservation. These parking spaces are free except from June to October (10€/day).

Another option is that you leave your car in a public car park, as they have security guards 24 hours a day. It will cost €20-30 per day, depending on the district. We would advise against parking the car on the street in the centre of Barcelona.

Tap water can be drunk throughout Barcelona. However, you may find it bitter in some parts of the city, as it has a lot of Sodium.

Two days after you leave, we will send you an email with a simple questionnaire, so that you can give your opinion of the apartment and the service received from EnjoyBCN, should you so wish.
