The total cost of your reservation includes the costs of cleaning the apartment (after your departure). That is to say, when your arrive, the apartment will be clean (including clean bed linen and towels). And when you leave the apartment, we will clean it once again.
In addition, when you make a reservation for more than 7 nights, EnjoyBCN will provide an extra cleaning service free of charge, approximately halfway through your stay.
If you wish to organise an extra cleaning service during your stay, please contact EnjoyBCN for information on days/times and the additional cost.
In order to cancel a reservation, please contact EnjoyBCN. If you need to cancel your reservation, EnjoyBCN has the following cancellation policy:
You will find a search engine on the home page as well as at the top of each page. If you fill in the arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, you will see the list of apartments that are available.
Once you have received confirmation that the apartment is available, you will need to pay, as a minimum, 25% of the total cost of your stay. This payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
With respect to payment of the remaining 75% of the cost of your stay, you have the following options:
- Online payment in advance: By means of a 100% secure payment platform.
NOTE: In case your arrival and departure at the apartment occurs between Thursday and Tuesday or on holiday, will be essential to make the rest of the payment of your reservation before arrival. Once EnjoyBCN receives proof of payment, we will send the guest the arrival details by email (exact address of the apartment and instructions for picking up the keys).
- Payment on arrival in Barcelona: A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with details on making payment at our office located in the centre of Barcelona (close to Plaça Catalunya). You will have the choice of paying by credit card or in cash, in which case we would kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount, since our staff do not have change.
If you make the prepayment of 25% using a credit card, EnjoyBCN will bear the corresponding costs.
If you pay the remaining 75% by means of a credit card, only in case of payment on arrival in our office.
If you should accidentally break something, please contact EnjoyBCN as soon as possible, so that we can fix it or replace it if necessary. Depending on what is damaged, we may calculate the cost and deduct it from the deposit.
We usually visit you into the apartment to say a quick hello to guests and check that everything is fine. However, you may of course be out when we come. At all events, whenever you wish, you can contact us: email@example.com - Tel.: +34 93 300 22 11.
Some of our apartments (Miró building, Coliseum building, Plaça Catalunya, Tallers and Tàpies) have parking spaces, which we can make available to you, provided that you request this when you make the reservation. These parking spaces are free except from June to October (10€/day).
Another option is that you leave your car in a public car park, as they have security guards 24 hours a day. It will cost €20-30 per day, depending on the district. We would advise against parking the car on the street in the centre of Barcelona.
Tap water can be drunk throughout Barcelona. However, you may find it bitter in some parts of the city, as it has a lot of Sodium.
