BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
In order to confirm a reservation you will have to pay 25% of the total amount
(this amount may vary depending on the time of the year). You can pay this 25%
by credit card or by bank transfer. The bank transfer costs will have to be paid by
the client.
At Enjoybcn it is not allowed to rent an apartment to minors (under 21), unless
they come with an adult. In some apartments the minimum age to be able to rent is
30, unless they are a family or a company. It is neither allowed to host groups that
come to bachelor parties or those who come to watch a European soccer game.
The reservation will not be effective until the staff at Enjoybcn confirm it by
email.
The remaining 75% will be paid upon arrival. Please see the How to book section
for more details.
We may require a prepayment of 50% of the total amount for those reservations of
more than two weeks. Please ask our staff first.
Should you need an invoice, please let us know when making the reservation. You
should then send us all the details to prepare the invoice (corporate name,
address, VAT...). We are not allowed to invoice those companies that do not hold
a European fiscal number.
You will have to pay a deposit of 300€ to 600€ upon arrival, depending on the
apartment. This amount will be blocked on your credit card as a warranty, and it
will be unblocked once you leave the apartment and we confirm that everything is
in perfect condition and there has not been any trouble during your stay.
We will contact you by email some weeks prior your arrival to check your personal
data (flight number, arrival time, passport, birth date and cell phone).
Children under 2 do not have to pay anything.
All the apartments have a baby cot and a baby chair.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a cancellation charge depending on the cancellation date. The payment
made will not be refunded if:
60-89 days before your arrival: 30% of the prepayment
30-59 days before your arrival: 50% of the prepayment
Less than 30 days before your arrival: 100% of the prepayment.
We thus recommend you to have a travel assurance that can cover the
cancellation.
HOW TO CHANGE A RESERVATION
In order to change a reservation, please contact us by Fax, Email or telephone.
CLEANING
The cleaning will be done right after the client departure. The apartment should be
left in optimal conditions, without any food, bottles, trash and tidy, as it was found
upon arrival. Enjoybcn could charge 50€ to 100€ in case any trash, bottles, food,
boxes or bags are left inside or outside the apartment. Please see rules of conduct
for more information.
ARRIVALS
You should pick up the keys of the apartment at our offices (Gran Vía de les Corts
Catalanes, 620 2º3ª) upon arrival. We will also give you a copy of the contract,
apartment rules mentioned below, and we will collect the rent of the apartment.
The apartment will be ready at 15pm, if you need to have it ready before, please
let us know and we will do our best so that you can get in as soon as possible.
If you arrive outside our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 18:00pm), we
will leave you the keys at a previously agreed place. That place is open 24h 365
days. You would then have to come to the office on the next day, from 9:00h to
13:00h, to pay the rent.
DURING YOUR STAY / RULES OF CONDUCT
You will have a telephone on duty Monday to Sunday so that you can contact our
Enjoybcn staff outside our office hours, in case you have an emergency related to
the apartment. You will also have an email so that you can send us questions and
issues during the week.
There are several rules of conduct and behaviour that all guests in the apartment
will have to follow:
1. It is forbidden to smoke in all our apartments.
2. It is not allowed to throw things to the street or the patios from the
apartment.
3. It is not allowed to leave the trash in the street during the day. The
timetable is from 20:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday and you should
leave it where it was told you upon arrival or in bins if they exist.
4. Please respect our neighbours. Please be quiet when going up and
down the stairs as well as inside the apartment.
Silence hours:
Monday to Friday 22:00 to 9:00
Saturday and Sunday 24:00 to 10:00
5. It is completely forbidden to hold parties.
6. No pets are allowed in any of our apartments.
7. Please switch off the air conditioning and the lights every time you
leave the apartment.
8. For your own security it is important that you close the door with
your key when you leave the apartment and that you only carry on
the most necessary items. There are quite a lot of thieves around the
touristy areas.
9. We will give you more than one set of keys, if you lose them please
let us know as soon as possible. We will charge 50€ for every set of
keys that is lost plus 100€ in case you don't communicate this to us.
10. It is not allowed to host more guests than those confirmed in the
contract. Only those guests that have confirmed the reservation are
allowed to stay.
11. It is not allowed to use the towels to clean the apartment (as
dishcloths) or as beach towels. They should only be used as
bathroom towels for personal use.
12. If any member of Enjoy need to assist you due to a problem not
caused by Enjoybcn, the customer must pay travel expenses and
assistance and the cost of the taxi in case of problem is
outside office hours.
DEPARTURES
You should leave all sets of keys inside the apartment when you leave. Check out
should be done no later than 11:00am. Please let our Enjoybcn staff know if you
would like to check out later (late check out) There will be a charge for the late
check out (after 11:00am), depending on the extra hours.
The extra charge will be as follows:
From 11am to 14.00- 40€
From 11am to 19.00- 80€
If you stay until later than 19:00 there will be an extra night
charge.
CHECK OUT RULES
1. Check out should be done no later than 11:00am unless agreed beforehand with
Enjoybcn.
2. Please note that you should leave the apartment as you found it when you
arrived.
3. You should clean and store all the kitchen utilities before you leave.
4. It is not allowed to leave any trash or food inside the apartment when you
leave. Please remember that you can take out the trash everyday from 20:00h
to 22:00h.
5. Please leave all sets of keys inside the apartment, on the living room table and
just close the door.

changes on the web site. Enjoybcn has the right to modify prices, descriptions,
conditions and photos anytime.
Enjoybcn has the right to update or change any of the terms, conditions and rules
anytime.
Our clients must make sure the terms, conditions and rules mentioned above are up
to date. The use and agreement of the sections mentioned above implies the
acceptance of these terms, conditions and rules, including any change that could
be made in the future and always prior to your arrival to the apartment.
RESPONSIBILITY
Enjoybcn is not responsible of any damage or any item lost during your stay, as
well as of any theft or lost in case of fire.
For your own security, most of the apartments have a magnetic key system that
does not allow any previous client or any set of old keys to access the apartment.
The clients that sign the contract are responsible at all times for the other guests’
behaviour.
Should you not follow any of these rules mentioned above, such as incorrect
behaviour, complaints from the neighbours due to constant noise, or if the police
has to come for any reason, Enjoybcn has the total right to ask you to leave the
apartment immediately. If that is the case you will not have the right to request
any economic compensation and the deposit will not be refunded.
Enjoybcn appreciate very much your understanding and help, and we hope you understand every item above, as they are all crucial for everyone’s wellbeing.
Please note that all our apartments are located in residential areas where the neighbours' should be well taken care of.
