Along with the booking confirmation Enjoybcn will send you, you will receive an Email with all the necessary information for your arrival and departure.

ARRIVALS

          It is very important that you let us know your check in day and time as soon as
          possible, so that we can have the apartment ready for you.

          All our guests will have to come to our office to sign the contract, pay the deposit 
          as well as the first month, and pick up the keys. Please let us know as soon as
          possible if there is any change on the arrival day and/or time.

          Our office is located downtown Barcelona, at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 620,
          2^nd floor 3^rd door, in front of the Coliseum theatre and very close to Plaza Cataluña
          and Las Ramblas. Please see the map under Contact us.

          Please note that the apartment will be ready at 12pm on the agreed date in the
          contract. In some cases it may be possible to get in the apartment before. Please
          let us know if you need to have the apartment ready before that time.

          If you arrive outside our office hours, we will leave a set of keys in an envelope at
          your attention, at a previously agreed place. That place is open 24h 365 days.

          You would then have to come to our office on the next day, during our office
          hours, to sign the contract and pay the deposit and the rent.
 
          If you arrive a lot earlier and the apartment is not ready, we would look for a place
          where you could stay during that time. If that is the case let us know as soon as
          possible.

          Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problem, if there is any slight
          damage in the apartment or something is broken by accident. We will try to help
          you as fast as possible. Our goal is that you are as comfortable as possible and
          helping you would not be an issue at all.

          You can contact us during our office ours for any query or issue. We also welcome
          all suggestions that will help us improve our service.

DEPARTURES

          Please remember that check out should always be done before 10:00am of the day
          agreed in the contract. If you would like to check-out later, please let us know as
          soon as possible. We will check if it is possible to make the change. 

          One week prior your departure a member of Enjoybcn staff will go to your
          apartment to check that everything is in perfect conditions. He/She will also help
          you leave the apartment as optimal as possible so that everything is perfect before
          the last check, which will be done once you leave the apartment.

The deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the contract end date, as long as everything is in perfect conditions. If the refund has to be made by bank transfer, the expenses will have to be paid by the client.

The apartment keys are programmed to work during the dates specified in the contract. If you want to increase the length let us know as soon as possible so that we can check if it is possible.
