STEP 1

          Please contact us to see what apartments are available during those dates. You 
          can check on our web site which apartments are available for the dates you want.

          Please remember that the minimum stay is one month, though in some cases it may
          change depending on the time of the year.

STEP 2

          Once you decide which apartment you want you will have to prepay 600€ to book
          it. You will then receive a form that you will have to fill in along with the rest of
          people that will live in the apartment. The form contains all the necessary
          information to prepare the contract.

          Please note that if you book an apartment several months in advance, you will
          have to pay a deposit of one month along with the 600€ for the booking.

STEP 3

          You will have to pay 600€ to book the apartment until the contract is signed and
          the keys are collected.

CONTRACT

          Once the contract is signed you will have to pay:

                         - We will recuire a deposit, two months for companies and students and
                           four months for everyone else.

                         - 600€ for company expenses.

                         - The current month's rent that will be charged fortnightly.

Please note that the first month rent will be charged fortnightly if the apartment is not available previously.

PAYMENT METHOD TO BOOK THE APARTMENT

          The prepayment to book the apartment can be paid in three different ways:

                 - By Internet:

                         By filling in your credit card details. Please remember that there is a
                         credit card surcharge of 3% as the bank charges the same amount to
                         us to make this operation.

                         Please note that all the information is sent through a secure server to
                         ensure your data privacy at all times.

                  - By bank transfer:

                         By bank transfer to our Enjoybcn bank account in Barcelona. We will
                         give you the bank account once the reservation is confirmed in our 
                         system. Please note that the reservation will not be finalized until you
                         send us the bank transfer confirmation by fax or email.

                  - By phone:

                         During our office hours. We will then ask you to give us your credit card
                         details.

You reservation will not be valid until we receive the money from your credit card or the bank transfer. You will then receive the confirmation from Enjoybcn along with other information regarding your check-in.

In case of cancellation the prepayment will not be refunded. If you need to cancel a reservation and you paid the total amount of the reservation already, please contact us or read the cancellation policies under Terms and Conditions.
