MONTHLY RENTALS - FAQ

How can I see which apartments are available?

The best way is contacting us and we will let you know which apartments are available.

You can also check the apartments’ availability on our web site.

We always have apartments which are being refurbished, so even if no apartment appears available on the web, please contact us and we will let you know if there is any.

How do I book an apartment?

It is very easy to book an apartment at Enjoybcn, please go to How to Book (Monthly rentals) to find all the information.

 

When and how do I have to pay the rent?

Once the availability is confirmed you will be charged a prepayment amount to have it booked. You will have to pay the remaining amount once the contract is signed.

What should I do if I want to book an apartment?
In order to confirm a reservation there will be a charge of 500€ and the contract will be prepared immediately.
Do I have to pay a deposit?

All the apartments require:

- A deposit: two months for companies and students and four months for everyone else.

- 500€ for company expenses.

- The current month's rent that will be charged fortnightly.

When will the deposit be refunded?

The deposit will be refunded once the apartment has been checked and everything is in optimal conditions.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Please contact Enjoybcn in order to cancel a reservation.
Are the cleaning costs included?

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival, and these costs are included in the total cost. If you require weekly or monthly cleaning, please let us know. The extra cleaning request will have an extra cost added to the total amount.

The apartment should be left in perfect conditions when you leave.

What are the check in and check out times?

There are established check in and out times. If you want to check in before or check out later, please let us know and we will do our best to help you. For more information please go to Monthly rentals under Arrivals and Departures.

What happens if something is broken?

In case something is broken please contact Enjoybcn as soon as possible, so that we can fix it or replace it if necessary. We will evaluate the cost depending on the broken item.

Do I have to bring anything to the apartment?

All our apartments have TV, DVD, AC and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen.

Enjoybcn provides a set of pillows, blankets and mattress protectors. Bed linen and towels may also be provided if previously requested to Enjoybcn.
