You will find a search engine on the home page as well as on top of each page. If you fill in the arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, you will see the list of apartments that are available. You can also click on How to Book where you will find detailed information about how to make a reservation.

It is very easy to book an apartment at Enjoybcn, please go to How to Book to find all the information.

Please remember that under Contact you will find a map with the exact location of our office. You can also find a map under each apartment’s page with the exact apartment location and some information on how to get there.

You can take a taxi, the Airbus or the train from the airport to downtown Barcelona. For more information go to the official Barcelona web site www.bcn.es

You will have to pay 25% of the total amount when we confirm the availability of the apartment. You can pay this amount by credit card or by bank transfer.

You will have to pay the remaining 75% by credit card (with a 3% surcharge), by bank transfer two weeks prior your arrival or by cash (in that case, please have the exact amount ready).

A secure deposit of 300€ to 600€ (depending on the apartment) will be required upon arrival, by taking an imprint of your credit card. This amount will be blocked at your credit card and it will be unblocked upon departure, once we confirm that nothing has been damaged and there was not any problem during your stay.

In order to cancel a reservation, please contact Enjoybcn.

If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival there will be a cancellation cost depending on the date when you cancel.

The 25% prepayment will not be refunded if:

60-89 days before your arrival: 30% of the prepayment will not be refunded

30-59 days before your arrival: 50% of the prepayment will not be refunded

Less than 30 days before your arrival: 100% of the prepayment will not be refunded

There will be extra cleaning costs that will be added to the total amount. These costs vary depending on the apartment, and they are only paid once. When you arrive to the apartment you will find everything clean, with clean towels and bed linen. We will clean the apartment again upon your departure.

If you would like extra cleaning, please let our Enjoybcn staff know. The extra cleaning will have an extra cost depending on what you request and on the apartment where you are staying.

Please leave the apartment as clean as possible when you leave.

It is not allowed to leave dirty dishes, trash, food, bottles... inside the apartment. 

The apartment will be ready at 15pm. Check-out time is at 11.00am. If you want to get in earlier or leave later, please let our staff know and we will do our best to help you. For more information please go to Arrivals and Departures.

In case something is broken please contact Enjoybcn as soon as possible, so that we can fix it or replace it if necessary. Depending on what is damaged we may calculate the cost and charge it from the deposit.

Enjoybcn will leave a shower and a hand towel for each guest, as well as bed linens and blankets.

All our apartments are completely equipped with all amenities needed for your stay in Barcelona. We also provide you with a high chair and a baby cod.

Children under 2 do not have to pay. Children older than 2 years old have to pay as an adult. Please let us know when booking if there are any children under 2.

Enjoybcn has baby cots and high chairs available if you let us know when making the reservation.

We suggest you to check if you can solve it before calling, but if it is not possible, you have a 24h number, 365 days:

Tap water can be drunk all throughout Barcelona. However, you may find it bitter in some parts of the city, as it has a lot of Sodium.

We recommend you not to park the car on the street downtown Barcelona. We suggest you to leave it in a public parking. It will cost between 20€ or 30€ per day, depending on the district.

It is easier to find parking in other districts in Barcelona, though we still recommend you to use public parkings, as they have security guards 24h.

Yes, the minimum age to book an apartment is 21 years old, unless you come with an adult.

In some apartments we only accept people over 40 or families.

Yes, you can pay by credit card.

If you pay the remaining 75% by credit card, there will be a surcharge of 3% due to bank expenses.

If you pay the 25% prepayment amount by credit card, there will not be a 3% surcharge, as Enjoybcn will take care of that.
