Along with the booking confirmation you will receive an Email with all the necessary information for your arrival to the apartment.

ARRIVALS

          It is very important that you give us you arrival time and flight number as soon as
          possible. This will allow us to have your apartment ready when you arrive.

          All the check-ins will be made at our office; we will let you know in advance in case
          there is any change. Our office is located downtown Barcelona, at Gran Via de les
          Corts Catalanes 620, 2^nd floor 3^rd door, in front of the Coliseum theatre and very
          close to Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas.

          Please remember that the apartment will not be ready before 15h. In some cases it
          may be possible to get in the apartment a little before. Please let us know if you
          need to have the apartment ready before that time.

          If you arrive outside our office hours (9:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday), we
          would leave the keys at your attention close to Plaza Cataluña (at a previously
          agreed place). This place is open 365 days 24h.

          Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any problem, if there is any
          slight damage in the apartment or something is broken by accident. We will try to
          help you as fast as possible. Our goal is that you feel as comfortable and satisfied
          as possible, so managing your requests is not an issue at all.

          You can call us anytime during our office ours if you feel lost or if you need any
          additional information regarding Barcelona or the apartment. We also welcome all
          suggestions that will help us improve our service.

DEPARTURES

          Please remember that you will have to check-out before 11am.

          If you would like to check-out later, please let us know as soon as possible. We will
          check if it's possible to make the change.

                 Please note that there is a surcharge to check out after 11am:

                                     Check out between 11:00am and 14:00pm: 40€

                                     Check out between 11:00am and 19:00pm: 80€

                                     Check-out after 19pm: a full extra day will be charged.

In case you would like to leave your luggage, we have a space at our office where you may leave it. Moreover, there are several places around the city where you could also leave it. Please ask us when you arrive and we will let you know which is the closest one to your apartment or the one that works better for you.
