An exclusive apartment located at the Olympic Village next to the Olimpic Port and just at 200m to the beach and 250m to the Gothic Quarter.
It is a 100m2 apartment with great views to the sea, the Cathedral, Montjuic, the Tibidabo mountain, the Sagrada Familia and the Agbar tower.
It is an exclusive 100m2 apartment with three double bedrooms and a single one. One of the three bedrooms is a suite and they all have large windows with great views to Barcelona: The sea, the Cathedral, Montjuic castle, the Tibidabo mountain, the Sagrada Familia, the Agbar tower and the two towers, the Arts Hotel and the Maphre tower.
From the 25m2 dining room there is a great view to the seaside, and a small terrace where you can enjoy your meals with a great view.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining space and great views to the Gothic quarter and the Ciutadella park. It is a quiet and bright apartment, with heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. There is also a great view from all the bedrooms.
The building is from 2000 and it was refurbished in 2006.
THIS APARTMENT IS ONLY FOR FAMILIES OR PEOPLE OVER 30.
Its great location, the Olympic Village, it is where the athletes lived during the Olympic Games in 1992. The area was rebuilt at that time by the architects that won a FAD architecture prize.
The apartment is located on one side of the Olympic Village, which is very close to the Ciutadella park and the Gothic quarter.
Very close to the apartment you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches in Barcelona, the Ciutadella park (the most popular park in the city where the Zoo is located) and the Gothic quarter.
The nearest metro station is 50m away (Yellow line Ciutadella-Vila OlÃmpica), and there are also 5 bus lines 20m away. There is also a multiscreen cinema (subtitled movies), several supermarkets 30m away and the Bycing service from the Barcelona Town Hall 20m away.

Please find below some suggestions regarding places of interest close to your apartment, where you will be able to enjoy the city.
Gastronomy:
- Restaurant Arola (c/Marina 19-21), located at the Ars Hotel (Olympic port). A nouvelle cuisine restaurant where its chef, Sergi Arola, has a two Michelin stars (2007) restaurant in Madrid, La Broche.
- El Bestial (c/Ramon Trias y Fargas,2), a good menu and a terrace-garden next to the sea with views unto the Mediterranean.
- Agua (Paseo Maritimo de la Barceloneta, 30). Seafood specialized in rise, next to the sea.
You will also find many other restaurants on the Olympic port, a great variety of choices. From high quality seafood restaurants to fast food ones. There are also many bars, pubs and a disco, where the youngest ones will have a lot of fun.
Getting to know the city:
The city Zoo is located at the Ciutadella Park (50m away from the apartment). The park itself is the largest green zone in the city. We suggest that you walk around the park and discover the genuine atmosphere of the city. Walking through the park you will arrive to the Gothic neighbourhood. The Cathedral, Sta Maria del Mar church and the Pi church are located here. We recommend you to walk around all the medieval small streets, a very cosy neighbourhood.
If you like to walk around the seafront, you can go to the Barceloneta from the Olympic Village (200m), an old fishermen neighbourhood. If you walk to the other side, you will get to Diagonal Mar, the last neighbourhood in the city. It has been totally rebuilt, with skyscrapers, modern buildings and huge green zones that gave the city a new skyline. You can take the Tram, Trambesós to Diagonal Mar and the Forum, it will take you 5min. It is a comfortable transport and the stop is 30m from the apartment.

From the Airport
i. Barcelona- El Prat
You can take the train (RENFE) or the bus (AIRBUS) to go from the airport to the city centre. Both will take you to Plaza Cataluña.
In Plaza Urquinaona (50m from Plaza Cataluña) you will find the yellow metro line. You should get off at CIUTADELLA-VILA OLIMPICA (3 stops). The apartment is located 50m away from the station.
In Plaza Cataluña itself, in front of the Hard Rock Café, you can take the bus number 41. This bus will take you very close to the apartment (the bus stop is MARINA/DR TRUETA). You can also go to Las Ramblas from Plaza Cataluña and take the bus number 14. It also stops right next to the apartment, as number 41.
You can also take a taxi from the airport right to the apartment.
ii. Girona Airport
You can take a bus at the Girona airport that will take you to the North Station in Barcelona (Estación del Norte). You should then walk down Cerdeña street until you get to the Ciutadella park. If you walk down some more, you will find the Dr Trueta street before the end of the park (it is a 10min walk).
You could also take a taxi from the North Station to the apartment.
From the port
We recommend you to take a taxi, but you can also take the metro.
Walk to Las Ramblas (the street starts at the Cristóbal Colón monument). Walking up Las Ramblas you will find the metro line 3 (100m), DRASSANES station (green line). You should take this line up to PASSEIG de GRACIA station. Once there, you should take the yellow line to La Pau. The apartment is located at the CIUTADELLA- VILA OLIMPICA stop.
