Located at the Eixample district and 500m to the Barcelona Fair, this bright apartment has been completely refurbished. It has a 40m2 kitchen-dining-living room and it is perfect for business travellers.
It is a very quiet 85m2 apartment even though is very centrally located. It is located on a third floor (fifth real floor) in a property with elevator. The apartment has been recently refurbished completely. It has three bedrooms, two of them being double rooms. There is a king size bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. It also has two bathrooms with high quality finishes and a bright living room with an integrated kitchen. Both have large windows with amazing views to the classic Barcelona Eixample district. The apartment also has a covered balcony.

The apartment is located in front of the emblematic building that lodged the famous prison 聯Modelo聰, which is now being rebuilt for leisure purposes. It is 300m away from the Sants station, which is currently the most crowded station in Barcelona (with metro, buses, trains and the Airbus that goes to the airport).
The Barcelona Fair is 500m away as well as the Montjuic Mountain with its beautiful fountains and the Olympic ring. The apartment is only 10min away from Paseo de Gracia by public transport and 20min walking through Rosell贸n street. There are many walks, parks and squares around that you can enjoy.

From the Airport
i. Barcelona- El Prat (15 km to the city centre)
The easiest and fastest option to come from the airport is the taxi, but you can also take the bus (Airbus) or the train (RENFE). Both will take you to Sants Station. Once in Sants Station you can walk to the apartment (it is 6 to 8 min walk) or you can take the metro. You should take the blue line to Horta. You should get off at ENTEN脟A (1 stop). The apartment is located 20m away from the station.
ii. Girona Airport (80 km to the city centre)
You can take a bus at the Girona airport that will take you to the North Station in Barcelona (Estaci贸n del Norte). Take the red line (number 1) at ARC DEL TRIOMF and get off at PLA脟A DE SANTS (8 stops). You should take the blue line to Horta, and get off at ENTEN脟A (1 stop). The apartment is located 20m away from the station.
You could also take a taxi from the North Station to the apartment.
From the port
We recommend you to take a taxi, but you can also take the metro.
Walk to Las Ramblas (the street starts at the Crist贸bal Col贸n monument). Walking up Las Ramblas you will find the metro line 3 (100m), DRASSANES station (green line). You should take this line up to CATALUNYA station, Once there you should take the red line to Fondo, and get off at CLOT (5 stops).
