PAYMENT METHODS
You could pay the 25% in three different ways; please note that all the information
is sent through a secure server to ensure your data privacy at all times.
- By internet:
You will have to fill in your credit card details. Please note that all the
information is sent through a secure server to guarantee your data
privacy at al times.
- By bank transfer:
Sending the money to our Enjoybcn bank account in Barcelona.
We will give you the bank account once the reservation is confirmed in
our system. Please remember to send the bank transfer confirmation by
Fax or email so that we can confirm the reservation.
- By phone:
During our office hours. We will then ask you to give us your credit card
details.
REST OF THE PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL
On your arribal in Barcelona you will have to pay the remaining 75% however you
prefer to:
- By cash:
Please remember to have the exact amount as we may not have
change.
- By bank transfer:
Two weeks before your arrival.
- By credit card:
With a 3% surcharge.
The reservation will not be valid until we receive the 25% prepayment and you receive a confirmation from Enjoybcn, along with other information about your check-in, check-out and apartment rules.
In case of cancellation the money paid will not be refunded. If you need to cancel a reservation and you paid the total amount of the reservation already, please contact us or read the cancellation policies under Terms and Conditions.
